What Is This?

Some of us think this is a washing machine. Some of us think it is a camera. Some of us think it is an oven. What do you think it is?

Back in the Day

Thank you to all the grandparents who let us know how they spent their leisure time. We made a Venn Diagram to compare how we spend our leisure time. We still play marbles, knucklebones, fishing, army men and soldiers, hopscotch, making tents, Snakes and Ladders,blocks, tag, hide and hide and go seek and bull-rush! BUT WE FOUND OUT THAT children today like to play on computers and Play Stations too!

The Hoar Frost in Otago.

The tree has some dew-drops on the leaves. There is snow on the ground. When I see dewdrops, I eat them!

I think the tree is frosty. It will stay like that ice-cream. It is not going to melt.

The hoar frost is looking like ice-cream because it is white. I think the hoar-frost looks like vanilla ice-cream.
